Day of Management (also known as Day of Coordination): Includes: an initial meeting, a meeting to review details and outline schedule, final walk through of venue, a meeting to pick up items, attend rehearsal for 1 hour, confirm vendor delivery times, make a detailed schedule of day, 2 staff members on site the day of for 8 hours. Pricing begins at $2500.
Meetings will be held in a mutually agreed upon central location.
